Netherlands

This was the second stop on my European tour and the shortest. Joe and I took a ferry from England to Amsterdam, staying in a small town just outside the city called Andijk. On our first day we walked the city, caught a bus back to the house, and settled in for the evening. That night, one of the wildest storm formations I'd ever seen rolled in near our town, we found a pizza place, ate through the whole thing, and walked home to catch blue hour outside as it cleared. The next day we spent a half day in the city eating and window shopping before catching our train to Switzerland.
