Costa Rica

Costa Rica was my very first trip to another country. It was my aunt's 60th birthday, and she wanted to travel back to this beautiful country once more. I was blessed that she asked me if I wanted to come along to keep her company in case anything went awry. Of course I did not pass up on this. We spent 8 days there and traveled to La Fortuna, Avellanas, Monteverde, Santa Teresa, and Garabito. We packed quite a bit into this trip, and that's why in this collection of images there is everything from coastal shots to photos of the mountains. I love Costa Rica, and I would most definitely travel back. This is also the trip where I met Joe, the lifelong friend I traveled Europe with just a year later.
